There are now mobile links which should take you to the relevant part of the page (though it forces a refresh, sadly). Works on my phone's Safari and Firefox both. No idea why the #first-level stuff doesn't work on phone.

Yeah, they work on desktop, not phone, no idea why. There's no built-in "table of contents" creator on Substack, so I had to copy links for the various headings. Just use CTRL+F, I guess.
